This kit contains Pure Shield Summer Balm, which is an oil-based product, which may increase sensitivity to sunlight. In sunny or hot climates, especially on exposed skin or areas with a thin coat, apply a pet-safe sunscreen over the balm once absorbed or use a UV-protective fly sheet to help prevent sunburn.
