Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping within Spain

  • Delivery to collection point: 3–5 business days
  • Delvery to your door: 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

International Shipping

If you are located outside of Spain, please contact us at info@bonelaequine.com to inquire about availability and rates for international delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

Shipping Issues or Delays

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@bonelaequine.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
