At Bonela Equine, we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bonelaequine.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.
